How can I access my mobile tickets?
Mobile tickets are best accessed via the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham Mobile App. If you are unable to download the app you can also access your tickets via the links in the confirmation email or via your order history on the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham website.
Do I receive an SMS with a link to my mobile ticket?
No, you will not receive an SMS following your purchase. Your mobile tickets are best accessed via the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham Mobile App. If you are unable to download the app you can also access your tickets via the links in the confirmation email or via your order history on the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham website.
Helpful tips when arriving at the event
- Before arriving at the event open your Motorpoint Arena Nottingham App or the links in your confirmation email.
- Once you have opened the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham app, click on tickets to reveal your mobile ticket in preparation for scanning.
- When at the scanning lane, simply present the mobile ticket to the steward for scanning.
If you are unable to access your mobile ticket when at the event, please visit the Box Office on Bolero Square when you arrive. You will need to be the lead booker and please bring a form of ID with you so we can access your details.
