How to share your tickets
• Open the app and go to ‘Tickets’
• Select your event
• Tap ‘Share’
• Choose how to send (email or SMS)
How your friend accepts tickets
• They’ll receive a link via email or SMS
• They’ll need to sign in or create an account
• Once accepted, the ticket appears in their app

Questions
I’ve shared a ticket, but they haven’t received it
• Check the email or phone number is correct
• Ask them to check spam/junk folders
• You can cancel and resend the ticket
How long do they have to accept the ticket?
The ticket receiver has 48 hours to accept the ticket share. If it goes unaccepted, you will receive a notification, and the ticket will be available in your order history again.
Can I cancel or resend a ticket?
Yes - you can Cancel or Recall your shared tickets in the app and resend if needed.
Do I need the app to accept tickets?
Yes - your friend will need to log in or create an account to accept the ticket.
I accepted a ticket share but would like to undo it
If you no longer wish to have a shared ticket, visit ‘Your Tickets’ in the app and tap ‘Return’. The ticket will be sent back to the ticket owner and removed from your account.
Why ticket sharing is secure
