For the majority of events tickets are despatched 2-6 weeks prior to the event. For certain events tickets may be sent closer to the event date at the request of the promoter.
Unless otherwise stated, tickets for The Nottingham Panthers will automatically be sent to you at the time of booking via your chosen delivery method.
If you have not received your tickets within 2-3 days of the event please contact us.
If you opted for mobile delivery please note you will no longer receive an SMS when purchasing tickets. For further information on how to access your tickets, please click here.
Please ensure you are able to access your tickets prior to arrival at the venue to ensure a smooth entry.

If you have opted for PDF/email tickets for one of the listed events above, these have now been sent to you, if you have not received your tickets please check your junk mail folders and contact us if you are unable to locate them. For recent bookings your tickets may be attached to your confirmation email.
If your tickets are being posted to you, please allow time for these to reach you and only contact us if your tickets have not arrived within 2-3 days of the event.
If you have booked a parking space at Broad Marsh Car Park, you will not require a ticket to park. Entry will be based on ANPR using the registration number you provided when making your booking.
