How can I book tickets?
The quickest and easiest way to book tickets is via our website online. you can view ticket information and book your tickets here:

Are there discounts or concessions?
Yes — discounted tickets are available for guests aged 65+, NHS workers, students, and families. Identification may be required upon arrival.
Are tickets refundable or changeable?
Tickets are non-refundable.
You may be able to exchange your ticket to an alterative timed session for the same event, subject to availability. To enquire about exchanging your ticket please contact the box office on 0115 853 3000 (lines are open 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday). Please note that there is a £2.50 fee to exchange your order.
Any exchanges must be made at least 48hrs prior to the session start time. Tickets can not be exchanged to an alternative event.
How will I receive my tickets?
You can select either mobile or email tickets when you make your purchase. Email tickets will be emailed to you as a PDF document at the time of purchase. Mobile tickets are available from your online account or via the Motorpoint Arena App. Tickets can be viewed at any time from your online Ticketek UK account.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
We strongly recommend purchasing in advance to avoid disappointment. A limited number of tickets may be available at the door, subject to availability.
