If you want to renew your season ticket seat(s) and do not wish to change price categories (e.g. Bronze to Silver) or package types (e.g. 26-Game to All-In) please follow the below steps:
1. Click the link in the email you will have received from the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham to be taken to the Sign In page on the Nottingham Panthers Portal.
Log in using your email address and password. If you cannot remember your password or are logging into your Nottingham Panthers account for the first time, click Forgotten password? and follow the instructions sent via email.
Please note that your Nottingham Panthers account on the Panthers Portal is separate to your account on the Motorpoint Arena Nottingham website but may use the same email address.
2. Once you have signed into your account, please check that your contact details are correct and up to date
3. Click Manage Renewals on the left hand side, then click Continue –
4. You will be taken to the Payment page where you can review your renewal order.
5. To view the seats & price types in your basket, click the blue arrow in the top right corner on the right hand side. This will expand to show you your chosen price types and package for each seat in your basket
6. If you are renewing all of your season tickets as the same seats & price types that you had last season, you can skip to step 7 and proceed to payment.
If you only wish to renew some of your season tickets, you will need to click the bin icon in the grey box linked to the seat(s) you do not want to renew.
If you need to change a price type for next season e.g. an Adult has become a Senior, click the icon to the right of Price Type for that seat and a pop-up box will appear.
Select the new price type for that seat and click Submit to close the pop-up –
7. Click Go To Payment at the bottom of the screen –
8. You will be taken to the page to input your payment details and complete the order.
