We accept the Access Card at point of booking to ensure a smooth and easy booking experience and recommend signing up to this service via the access card website www.accesscard.org.uk.
For customers without an Access Card, our customer service teams will request proof of eligibility for accessible seating and free companion tickets. Please be aware, tickets will not be released until eligibility has been received.
Do you offer Essential Companion Tickets?
Essential companion tickets are available to eligible customers for most events held at the Arena. However, please be aware this policy may vary at the promoter’s discretion. Free essential companion tickets are not available for Nottingham Panthers games. A concession rate is available on these games. Please speak to the Box Office for further information or to register on our essential companion scheme.
Do you offer a Performance Interpreting Service?
We are pleased to be working with Performance Interpreting to provide a BSL service. Please visit our Accessibility page for further information. Look out for the following message on event pages that indicates there are interpreter services available at that event or show:
There will be a BSL interpreter at this event. You can book tickets by contacting the Box Office. Please note, if you require the interpreter service, please request this when booking tickets and allow at least 4 weeks’ notice prior to the event.
