How can I pay for my tickets?
You can pay by debit or credit card, American Express (online only), PayPal and venue gift voucher. We do not accept cheques.
Why do you charge fees?
As the venue, we sell tickets on behalf of the promoter of the event and tickets face value goes to them. The administration fee covers the cost of running our Box Office department, call centre and ticketing software. The handling fee is charged per order (irrespective of number of tickets in that order) and contributes to the operational costs of processing your order and despatching your tickets.
The venue facility fee covers the cost of maintaining and developing our venue, to ensure we can continue to host world class shows and events.
