The quickest and easiest way to secure your season ticket is online via the Nottingham Panthers Season Ticket portal which is new for the 2024-2025 season. You can access the portal here. What is the difference between the 26 Game Season Ticket and the All In Season Ticket?
New for the 2024-2025 Season, the All In Season Ticket covers all Nottingham Panthers home games during the Season. This includes all home Elite League games, challenge cup, playoff and exhibition games (exceptions below)*.
The 26 game season ticket covers 26 of the 27 Elite League home League games during the Season.
*Please note that the All in Season Ticket does not include Elite League and European events such as the Playoff Finals Weekend, Challenge Cup Final, Champions Hockey League and Continental Cup
How do I access my online account?
You can create or sign into your account on the new Nottingham Panthers Portal. New customers simply need to create an account by clicking Sign Up.
If you are a renewing Season Ticket holder your account will have already been created and will be linked to the email address you used to make your booking for your 2023-2024 season ticket. To access your account online you will need to choose 'Forgotten Password', enter your email address and follow the instructions to reset your password. You will need to do this in order to renew your season ticket. Please do not create a new account with a different email address.
Please note that your Panthers Portal log in is separate to the log in you use on the Motorpoint Arena website.
When can I purchase Season Tickets for the 2024-2025 Season?
Season Tickets for the 2024-2025 season go on sale at 9am on Friday 12th April 2024. Customers renewing an existing season ticket have until Friday 31st May 2024 to renew their seats and new season tickets can be purchased until Sunday 30th June 2024.
How much does a Season Ticket cost?
Season ticket prices vary dependent on ticket type and the location of tickets and renewing Season Ticket holders get a discount when renewing before 31st May. Full pricing can be found on the Nottingham Panthers Portal
What Concessions are available?
Details of concessions offered are below. Please note that all concessions may be asked for ID on entry to the venue at any point throughout the season.
Senior | Available to Season Ticket Holders aged 60 or above on 1st September 2024. Season Ticket Holders turning 60 after this date will require an Adult Season Ticket for this Season. |
Student | Available to Students in full time education throughout the 2024-2025 season. Students may be asked for ID on entry into the arena (Only physical student ID cards will be accepted as proof of concession for students. We do not accept UniDays or student discount apps such as NUS Extra) |
Teens | Available to season ticket holders aged 13 to 17 on the date of application |
Juniors | Available to season ticket holders aged 12 or under on the date of application |
Do I need a Season Ticket for my child?
Children under the age of 3 are free of charge when not occupying a seat. A wristband can be requested/issued from a steward when doors open on the day of each match.
My child has turned 3 since last season, can I add another season ticket to my renewal order?
Yes! If the seat you want to purchase is available without needing to move your own seats, this can be purchased online at the same time as renewing your existing tickets by selecting 'Add More Packages' on the payment page. Please note that the New price will be charged for this season ticket. If there is not a seat near to you available, you can contact the Box Office by phone to discuss options to move your order to an alternative location where you can all be seated together.
How can I pay for my Season Ticket?
When booking online customers can pay by credit/debit card or PayPal. PayPal pay in three may be an if this is available on your PayPal account. Please note that the availability of this option is not controlled by the Motorpoint Arena or Ticketek and any queries in relation to PayPal pay in three would need to be directed to PayPal.
Can I pay by Direct Debit?
Customers wishing to pay by Direct Debit can do so by calling the Motorpoint Arena Box Office on 0115 853 3000 (phone lines open 9am to 6pm Monday to Saturday, excluding Bank Holidays).
This is a six-month direct debit plan (with payments taken on or around the 10th of July, August, September, October, November & December). An administration charge (£10 adult, £5 teen/junior) will be charged per Season Ticket for using the direct debit scheme. The closing date for all direct debit applications is June 30th 2024. This service is operated by a 3rd party company called "Go Cardless". Your information will be shared with Go Cardless in order to set up and administer your direct debit plan.
Please note that the £4.95 postage charge will need to be paid via credit or debit card when making your booking and is not included within the direct debit plan.
I want to renew my season ticket but would like to move or upgrade. Can I do this?
Yes! Existing season ticket holders upgrading their same seat to the All In Package or changing their price type (eg. from an Adult to Senior) can do this themselves online.
For seat moves or changes to price category, please contact the Box Office to make your booking on 0115 853 3000 and our team will be able to discuss options with you. Please note that we are unable to sell unrenewed season tickets until after the renewal deadline of 31st May 2024.
An existing season ticket holder is not renewing and is happy for me to buy their seat. How do I do this?
Prior to the renewal deadline, we can only sell an existing season ticket seat to an alternative customer when the existing Season Ticket holder provides written permission to do this. Where this has been agreed between two parties, the existing Season Ticket Holder should email us at generalenquiries@motorpointarenanottingham.com from the email address linked to their season ticket. This email should state that they are happy to release their season ticket seat, include seat details and contact details and the details of the person they are releasing their seat(s) to. Please note new season ticket prices will apply to new Season Ticket holders.
I have already renewed my Season Ticket but now I want to move. Can I do this?
If you wish to move your seat after making a purchase please contact the Box Office by phone to discuss your options. Please note that a charge of £25.00 per seat will apply to seat moves once Season Ticket Cards have been printed.
When will I receive my Season Ticket Card? Can I collect from the venue?
Season Ticket cards will be sent you by tracked delivery at least 10 days before the date of the first game included on your card. Tickets can not be collected from the venue.
